Fit4Lyfe classes incorporate resistance training, cardio intervals, core blasts and fundamental training that will not only help you crush it in the gym but also in your day-to-day activities.
The Fit4Lyfe Fitness Facility incorporates four components in each and every workout: resistance training, cardio intervals, core blasts and fundamental training that will not only help you crush it in the gym but also in your day-to-day activities. Each and every class is designed with the client’s interests at hand; providing you with 1:1 Coaching in a small Group Fitness atmosphere.
We cater to all adults and teens, ages 13 and older with parental signed waiver and are able to adjust intensity level if needed. Our clients range from beginners to advanced athletes and with our state-of-the-art facility, we promise you will get the BEST workout in the 60-minutes you are with us.
Once you have registered for class, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes in advance so that we may prepare and educate you on the class you are attending. Each class is designed a little differently and we like to have you speak with your Coach in advance to discuss any injuries, goals, and or expectations. Together we will experience a GREAT Fit4Lyfe workout!
Our clients have recorded burning an estimated 600-1000 calories per session and we believe in challenging you with each workout. If weight loss is one of your goals, please speak with your Coach to determine a plan that is best for you; most clients attend 3-4 sessions per week.

Total Body Workout
(60 minute class)
Total body workouts increases the bodies efficiency to burn calories even when we are in our resting state. By having our heart rate go up and down throughout the circuit you also increase your EPOC (excessive post exercise oxygen consumption.) This will increase the number of calories that you burn throughout the day, long after your workout is over.
A total-body workout is the most efficient way to burn calories and gain strength due to the variety of movements and exercises that are integrated into each session. They are a time efficient way to keep your body burning fat for hours! Also your cardiovascular endurance increases as you keep your heart rate up.
When you implement total-body workouts into your regimen, the compound movements (squats, deadlifts, cleans, presses, etc.) will activate a variety of muscle groups and, more importantly, build strength and burn fat at a high rate.
Our workouts are designed to bring you the BEST while creating variety and movement. We modify for all levels so come on in for an incredible sweat session!
Fit4BATTLE OCR Basics
(30 minute class)
Obstacle Course racing (OCR) is a sport in which a competitor, traveling on foot, must overcome various physical challenges that are in the form of obstacles. Mud and trail runs are combined and the races are designed to result in mental and physical collapse. Obstacles include, but are not limited to, climbing over walls, carrying heavy objects, traversing bodies of water, crawling under barbed wire, and jumping through fire. Many obstacles are similar to those used in military training, while others are unique to obstacle racing and are employed throughout the course to test endurance, strength, speed and, dexterity. Races vary in both distance and challenge level, combining trail running, road running, and cross country running. OCR Basic Training will help you become more familiar with the sport while conditioning your body on what to expect come race day. You will learn techniques from top Elite athletes as well as challenge your mind and body.
